I worked for Becky the last several years and she was the best boss I’ve ever had. I’ve never met anyone with as much ability and yet was so kind and compassionate. We worked on some difficult projects, with some difficult people and she always managed to see the best in people and look for a positive outcome. I remember during one difficult meeting, her saying in a passionate voice, “we just have to do these ‘things’ and Bob’s your uncle!” I laughed at the time and it still brings a smile to my face.
