I had the pleasure of being one Coach Becky’s throwers from 2014-2018. This woman was more than just a coach, she was a great mentor for life and I truly can never thank her enough for guiding me in my journey through Mason.
During the college recruiting process, Coach not only took time out to make myself feel comfortable but also my family comfortable for leaving me in her care. She was truly genuinely kind and caring about everyone she came into contact with. However, don’t get it twisted. Coach loved to compete and would except nothing less than 100% effort regardless of the result on the field.
Over the next 4 years, Coach taught me about life, leaving your comfort zone, always competing, and doing things the right way. Coach Becky is without a doubt the best coach I have ever had one and off the field. Her lessons go way beyond the throwing ring and I can never thank her enough. I will always appreciate the throwers dinners at Coach’s house with Mr. Paul.
