Becky was a leader, a mentor, a colleague, and a friend. She was passionate about not only doing her job, but doing it well and making sure she was always doing the right thing for Mason. She was responsive, helpful, and respectful at all times. She was everything a great boss should be – a strong advocate for everyone in her office, compassionate, honest, and kind. There was no issue too big or too small for her to tackle if it meant helping her colleagues with their problems. She was more than just a boss, though, she was also a friend. She cared about her coworkers and their struggles, both personal and professional, and was always willing to listen, commiserate, and laugh at the everyday challenges they faced at Mason and at home. Working with Becky didn’t seem like work. It was a joy and a privilege.
